Nerikiri is a traditional Japanese confection known for its delicate texture and beautiful seasonal designs.

At Mini Motif by Mema Atelier, we give this traditional craft our own contemporary twist — pairing handcrafted Nerikiri with distinctive flavours and textures to create something that is both beautiful and delicious.

Nerikiri cannot be rushed.

Each motif is individually shaped, carved and detailed by hand. Some of our more intricate designs require significantly more time and craftsmanship to complete.

Small variations in colour, shape and detailing are therefore part of the beauty of a genuinely handcrafted product.
